Ravi S. Cheruvu (Ph.D.): Ravi brings with him thirty six years of rich and varied experience in the IT industry in India, USA and Australia. He co-architected the first commercial vector processor wholly designed and developed in India and spearheaded its software development team. He was also a key member of the team that designed the first Indian railway passenger reservation systemÍž the so-called project of the decade. He was a member of the DoE expert team overseeing the development of CDAC s PARAM and CDOT s parallel processor projects. He worked in several IT companies both in India and Australia in different roles and was associated with several mission critical systems developed by CMC, Telstra, IBM, EDS, NEC and CGU insurance. He also taught in Australian Universities for several years while actively working in IT industry and was a visiting scientist at Carnegie-Mellon University. He has been a long standing member of the external advisory committee to the department of Computer Science and Engineering, LaTrobe University. He obtained his B.Tech. and M.Tech. degrees from IIT Madras (Chennai) and Ph.D. degree from the University of Hyderabad.

T.Viswanatha Rao (M.Tech): TVR is a BTech from IIT, Madras and ME from IISc, Bangalore, both in the Electrical Engineering discipline. He was awarded the NR Khambati gold medal in ME. He has vast industry experience with exposure to multiple domains such as Telecom, Datacom, Wireless communications, Security, Multimedia and Systems programming. He was involved in the design and development of one of the first parallel processors in India, in CMC R & D, during 1985 to 1988. In Sasken, he headed IP development in wireless protocol stacks (2.5G, 3G, LTE) and multimedia, that has been licensed to multiple global customers. He also headed the development of an back seat entertainment system for cars in Sasken. He was also the head of semiconductor delivery unit of Sasken, which provided VLSI design and reference design development services to semiconductor manufacturers. At Tata Consultancy Services he was instrumental in the development of a Smartcard product. As head of innovation management, he was responsible for the monetizing of the patent portfolio of Sasken. This was achieved through the sale of some patents. Individually, he has filed for 4 patents, with two of them being granted. He is the Chairman of monitoring committee of TIFAC Center Of Relevance and Excellence (CORE) on 3G/4G communication technologies located in National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur, Orissa since Mar 2010.
